one sign that the end of the winter season has arrived to the vail valley is the grand tasting for the taste of vail.  30ish vineyards and restaurants get together for the final event in a three day series.  it is a pretty fun event.  we were in three events but i only have a couple pics from the grand tasting.  two days of prep and 500 portions gone in about an hour.
